Refund and Cancellation Policy for The Grammar School, Delhi(India)

Admission Fee

The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tuition Fee

If a student withdraws without even a day spent in school, a refund of the tuition fee will be processed.

Transportation Fee

Full Refund: The transportation fee is fully refundable if cancellation is requested before availing transport otherwise not.

Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration, either via email or through a written application at the school's office. The request should include the reason for withdrawal and all relevant details.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed, if applicable within 7-14 days of receiving the cancellation request and all necessary documentation.
- Refunds(if applicable) will be issued via the original mode of payment or through a bank transfer to the account details provided by the parent/guardian.

Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, the school management may consider partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation and are subject to the discretion of the school administration.
